These terms govern your use of VIP-SYNC AI (a DigiSafe Tech platform), operated by Muhammad Sabeel Khan ("we", "us"). By using the service you are contracting with Muhammad Sabeel Khan, and by continuing to use it you agree to these terms.

1. The service

VIP-SYNC AI (a DigiSafe Tech platform) translates, dubs and lip-syncs videos you upload. Processing runs on AI providers using API keys you supply; those providers bill you directly. We charge a one-time fee to unlock each HD download.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be of legal age, or have authority to bind your organization. Keep your login private; you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your information accurate.

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud, spam, or infringement of anyone's intellectual property.
• No malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering, or circumventing technical limits.
• No deceptive deepfakes, impersonation without consent, hate speech, harassment, or sexual content involving minors.
• No reselling or redistributing the service itself.

4. Your content and AI output

You must have the rights to every video, voice and likeness you upload. You keep the rights to your inputs and outputs, and grant us a limited licence to host and process them only to provide the service. You are responsible for how you use outputs. AI translations and voices may be inaccurate; review them before publishing, and do not rely on them for regulated professional advice.

5. Rights complaints and moderation

Rights-holders can report infringing content to miansabeelkhan1989@gmail.com. We may remove or restrict content, refuse outputs, and suspend accounts for repeated infringement.

6. Our intellectual property

We retain ownership of the service, software, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it.

7. Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Your card details are handled directly by the payment provider and are never stored on our servers. Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics for processed transactions are governed by the payment provider's checkout terms.

8. Service level and liability

The service is provided "as is", without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and without implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law forbids it.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may delete your videos and keys at any time; on termination your data is deleted.
