Muhammad Sabeel Khan, trading as VIP-SYNC AI (a DigiSafe Tech platform), is the data controller for personal data processed through this service.

Data we collect and why

• Account data (name, email, sign-in identifiers) — to create and secure your account (contract).
• Uploaded videos, audio and generated outputs — to provide dubbing and lip-sync (contract).
• Your AI provider API keys — stored encrypted, used only to run your jobs (contract).
• Purchase records (which video you unlocked) — to deliver downloads (contract, legal obligation).
• Technical data (IP address, device and usage logs) — for security, fraud prevention and improvement (legitimate interests).
• Support messages — to answer you (legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

• Hosting, storage and AI processing providers you choose (e.g. OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Replicate).
• Our payment provider, for sales, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting), and authorities where required by law.

International transfers

Providers may process data outside your country, including outside the UK/EEA, under safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Videos and keys are kept until you delete them or close your account; you can delete them any time, including automatically after download. Purchase records are kept as long as law requires. Data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

Security

We use encryption, private storage, and access controls to protect your data.

Cookies

We use only essential storage needed for sign-in and the app to work; no advertising cookies.

Your rights
